Benefits Planning Services:

NJWINS

Do you want to work but are afraid of losing your Social Security Disability Insurance benefits (SSDI), your Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or your Medical benefits? We can help you with FREE information and technical assistance to enable you to make these decisions and possibly change the direction of your life.

We can help you with answers to questions such as:

  • How long will my Social Security continue while I work?
  • How much can I earn before I start losing benefits?
  • How long will my Medical benefits continue once I start working?
  • What happens if I lose my job?
  • Can I work on a trial basis yet retain my benefits?
  • What kind of help with my work expenses can I expect?

Our trained benefits planning staff can provide you with the following services:

  • Confidential benefits consultation.
  • Phone or on site consultation.
  • Presentations to groups or entities and workshops.
  • Information to assist you in decision making.

Who are we?

Cerebral Palsy of New Jersey and the Epilepsy Foundation of New Jersey are working on a project called New Jersey WINS (New Jersey Work Incentive Network Support). The project is funded by the Social Security Administration and covers the entire 21 counties of New Jersey.
